Expecting guests to pay a $100 incidentals fee is unreasonable!!! The pool area was dirty and uninviting. Room maintenance needs serious attention with non-functioning plugs and poorly maintained air conditioning!!!

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired with sticky floors and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, and after switching rooms, I still encountered cleanliness issues with roaches in the bathroom. It's frustrating when the front desk staff seems indifferent to these serious problems.

I loved the golf course nearby and enjoyed the housekeeping services. The room was clean and comfy, truly felt like home!
